West Kazakhstan Machine-Building Company is a high-tech modern production complex, which includes: blank, stamping, machining, welding and assembly, tool production, a testing center for quality control of finished products and materials used.
Production provides a full cycle of order fulfillment, including design development of equipment, its direct manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning and commissioning of equipment into production.
The plant is one of the leading enterprises in Kazakhstan for the development and production of high-tech equipment:
- for the production and treatment of oil and gas;
- for oil and gas transportation;
- power equipment;
- complex metal structures;
- construction equipment;
- other machine-building products;
- service of gas turbine units;
- metallurgical analysis;
- estimation of service life;
- non-destructive testing;
- all types of cleaning and welding;
- vacuum brazing,
- mechanical processing.
The quality management system (QMS) of the enterprise is certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HEC 17025.
the following state licenses were obtained:
- State license for the design, manufacture, installation and repair of equipment and control systems, emergency protection and signaling systems, as well as pressure vessels and pipelines;
- State license for design, manufacturing, installation and repair of oil and gas drilling, power equipment;
- State license for architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
Since 2011, the company has been closely cooperating with General Electric in the provision of services for the repair of gas pumping aggregates. GeneralElectric obtained a license for the repair and maintenance of turbines.
Testing center "West Kazakhstan Machine-Building Company" is accredited for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO / IEC 17025-8007 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" (accreditation certificate KZ.I .09.0071 dated January 23, 2017).
