Within the framework of the Year of Skilled Trades, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region organizes introductory tours and Shadow Days at manufacturing enterprises for college students. The purpose of this event is to promote skilled trades among young people, enhance their prestige, and improve the quality of vocational training in secondary specialized educational institutions through strengthened interaction with industrial enterprises.

Today, on December 2, 2025, in agreement with the management of Quant LLP, students of the Oral Polytechnic College specializing in carpentry visited the company’s workshops, where upholstered and case furniture production is organized. Students familiarized themselves with production organization, technological processes, equipment, and the operator's workplace.

Company representatives invited the students to undertake internships, presenting the working conditions, salary levels, and the work schedule at the enterprise.
