On September 6, 2025, the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region, N. S. Utepbayev, reviewed the progress of works on completing the construction and commissioning of the “Rakhat” hotel complex operated by Irmenov Individual Entrepreneur, which has been successfully operating for more than 14 years.

Currently, the hotel complex offers 34 rooms of various categories, as well as a restaurant with a seating capacity of 60 guests.

During the visit, information on further development plans was presented. At present, construction of the second hotel building is underway, which will be an important step in expanding the range of services provided.

The new block will feature modern renovated rooms, a restaurant with a unique style appealing not only to hotel guests but also to city residents, a leisure and wellness complex (swimming pool, SPA, hammam, sauna, and fitness center), as well as a conference hall.

The implementation of this hotel expansion project, offering a high level of service and a wide range of amenities, will make it possible to meet the needs of even the most discerning guests.

A well-developed hospitality sector plays a significant role in promoting the city and attracting both domestic and foreign investors.

The Baiterek School was also reviewed, which is distinguished by an individualized approach to education, combining traditions and innovations.

Currently, students in grades 5–11 study here with an in-depth focus on languages, literature, history, and legal subjects, and various clubs and extracurricular sections are also available.

The new building will create modern educational spaces that meet students’ needs, including digitally equipped classrooms, specialized laboratories for subject and natural sciences, a library and co-working area for individual and project-based work, as well as an assembly hall for classes, creative activities, and events.

The expansion of the Baiterek School is aimed at further developing the network of public and private general education institutions, which will have a positive impact on the overall educational level of the younger generation.
